Julie Harman

Julie joined New South Properties in October 2024 and serves as Controller, overseeing the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, Julie previously held accounting roles with Castle & Cooke and Lincoln Property Company. She brings extensive expertise in financial management and is proficient in Yardi, MRI, and QuickBooks software.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys traveling, spending weekends at the lake, scuba diving, and making the most of time with family and friends.
