In addition to Brokerage and Property Management, New South Properties is a full-service development company. We develop incredible projects and create valuable opportunities for our partners and clients.  Our expertise includes Industrial, Healthcare, and Retail. While many of our projects are build-to-suit, fee developments on behalf of clients, or partnership-driven, New South will work on speculative development in key growth markets. We listen, execute, and continuously work to exceed client expectations, whether for our own partnership, our tenants, or third-party owners.
