Amy Parley

Amy joined New South Properties in 2024 and serves as a Senior Property Manager. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate management, she brings extensive expertise in property operations, vendor and contract management, capital project oversight, budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations.

Throughout her career, Amy has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service while maximizing property performance and fostering strong, lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, and business partners.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and staying active. As a recent transplant to the Charlotte area, she also enjoys exploring the region and discovering all it has to offer.
