Jeniffer joined New South Properties in April 2024 and brings more than seven years of accounting experience. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, she values building strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, clients, and tenants while delivering exceptional service.
Jeniffer supports the firm’s property accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and other day-to-day accounting responsibilities. Known for her attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaborative approach, she is committed to providing accurate financial reporting and supporting the continued success of the properties New South manages.
Outside of work, Jeniffer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in outdoor activities, and relaxing at the beach.
