Alma Valcarcel

Alma relocated to Charlotte from New York in 2015 and brings more than 20 years of accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies including GroupM, Empire State Realty Trust, SunCap Property Group, HDR, Morgan Companies, and Lincoln Harris.

Alma oversees the firm’s property accounting functions, including monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, lease administration, construction accounting, and budgeting. She is proficient in Yardi, MRI, and Oracle software.

Outside of work, Alma enjoys doing hot yoga, gardening and cooking for her friends and family.
