Ben joined New South Properties in July 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience managing retail, industrial, residential, and office properties. His responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, project management, and tenant and vendor relations.
Throughout his career, Ben has worked with companies including MetLife, Apollo, Crosland, and Foundry Commercial. He is known for delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and providing practical solutions that enhance property operations and client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, fishing, and spending time at the beach or the lake. A Charlotte resident for more than 30 years with deep family roots in the area, he also enjoys just about anything that gets him outdoors. As a military brat, Ben had the opportunity to grow up in different parts of the world, gaining valuable life experiences along the way.
