Dale joined New South Properties in 1998 after beginning his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1996.
He became a Partner in 2003 and currently serves as Broker-in-Charge for North and South Carolina, overseeing the firm’s brokerage operations. Throughout his career, Dale has advised national, regional, and local businesses on their real estate expansion strategies across the Carolinas. He has led strategic rollouts for national brands, supported the growth of regional and local businesses, and provided consulting services to landlords and property owners.
With experience representing a wide range of clients and property types, Dale brings a well-rounded perspective that allows him to deliver practical, strategic solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys golfing, hunting, traveling with family and friends, and fitting in a daily workout to help keep him sane.
