Holly Alexander

Holly joined New South Properties in 2013 and has partnered with Kenny Smith since her arrival. Together, they specialize in third-party leasing, tenant relocations, lease renewals, building acquisitions and dispositions, and strategic advisory services for office, light industrial, and investment commercial properties throughout North and South Carolina.

Holly and Kenny provide comprehensive commercial real estate brokerage services, including marketing, consulting, and the implementation of value-add strategies designed to maximize value for owners, investors, landlords, and tenants.

Over the course of their careers at New South Properties, they have represented a diverse client base that includes Grubb Properties, Fairway Investments, BNI, Brooks Pierce, Bowman and Brooke LLP, Wells Fargo, Spangler Restoration, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Carolinas, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Terracon, Catapult Employers Association, and numerous local and regional businesses.

Outside of the office, Holly enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and staying actively involved in her children’s sports, school events, and other activities.
